Clean criminal history
Clean rental history
Must provide a valid US ID or SSN or have a cosigner with a valid US ID or SSN

Co-Signer:
Gross monthly income is 5x the base rent
Minimum credit score of 750
No collections


Pet Policy: No Breed Restrictions
Limit 2 per household (Dogs, cats, aquariums (10 gallons or less), tanks (10 gallons or less), caged animals (hamsters, ferrets, rabbits etc.)
